My Continuing Fight Against Lindell's Voting Machine Hacking Myths
Last week, my lawyer and Mike Lindell’s lawyer had a brief hearing in front of a panel of three judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Lindell has his fourth lawyer on the case, Douglas Wardlow, who I guess doesn’t care if he’ll get paid, given that previous lawyers quit after not being paid. In the hearing, both lawyers had about 15 minutes to argue his party’s case. Both parties also filed briefs with the court. How did it go? One judge interrupted Wardlow several times to interrogate him. Another judge pushed back very aggressively against my lawyer Greg Porter of Bailey Glasser. The third judge remained silent. Now we wait for days, weeks, or months to get yet another decision.
In an interview by Scott Jacobs of DemoCast, Doug Frank, one of Lindell's "experts," alleged that I failed to decrypt crucial election data. You can read his arguments and my rebuttal, and you can see our respective on-camera interviews here…
